CALL CENTER OPERATIONS

The survey compares the number of people who looked for CALL CENTER OPERATIONS between september 2009 until august 2010, on the survey table is clear that the trend shows 2,900 by september 2009. There was a sharp fall to 2400. Then an significant increase to 3,600 at november 2009 and more deeply to 1,900 in december. At the oppening year instead of getting increase the trend markedly dipped to 1,600.

In february 2010, trend shows an increase to 2,400. It did not change for 2 months at february and maret 2010, after that it sharply declined to 1,900 and stayed constant at that level for 3 months at april until june 2010, but at july the trend shows an upward to 2,400 and it remained the same level until august 2010. Eventhough, at the last survey shows 2,400 writer predicts that it will be fluctuated under 4,000. It because of overall global trends show 3,600.

And we can conclude that the trend of CALL CENTER OPERATORS shows the top increase at 3,600 by November 2009 while the top decrease shows 1,600 at februay 2010. It has special local overall trend at 2,400
